In the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes, Orlem-Malad, Mumbai, the NCB was released by Rev Fr (Dr) Joseph Thenasseril ssp (Editor-in-Chief of St Pauls/BYB Publications) during 6.30 pm Mass on 28th June 2008. The first copies were presented to the Mrs Gertrude Fernandes, Lay Co-ordinator of the Bible Cell, and Arlene Fernandes.
